One rainy day, Matabi, a struggling novelist, finds an injured and weakened cat. But the cat’s true identity is a 1,200-year-old Nekomata who can transform into a human! She speaks human language, and in human form, she’s a stunningly beautiful young woman! Apparently, her name is Kaneko (short for “cute cat”).
