Seito Kaichou wa Honjitsu mo Namida

From Renta!: Only by title is Itsuki the student council president. The real president is the super-smart Masaki, who pulls all the strings and bosses Itsuki around. Itsuki is attracted to Masaki, and although Masaki is verbally and physically abusive, sometimes he shows a kind and gentle side. Itsuki realizes he's starting to want more than just a "president and vice-president" relationship.. This is a naughty love story about a bossy vice-president and useless (?) president of a student council. Also included is a story about a perverted erotica writer!
