Gin no Hana

Spring, 1906. Ginjiro Tsukishima, owner of the Nihonbashi "Tsukishimaya", has amassed a fortune in stocks and is playing lavishly with his money in the brothels of Asakusa and Shin-Yoshiwara. However, a year later, when the stock market crashed, Ginjiro lost his fortune and instead of getting his debts cleared, he became a bouncer at a brothel called 'Kinkaro'. However, the real job title given to Ginjiro is that of "man and woman". Ginjiro is subjected to numerous tortures. Eventually, Ginjiro is degraded into a joshiro in body and soul.
