The Apple of My Eye

Kei works as a cleaner for his family business. One day, while accompanying someone to an office, he comes across a man who has been beaten to a pulp because he doesn't have enough money to repay an illegal debt. He is told to leave him alone and leaves, but on his way back, he is approached by the man who had been beaten at the office, Hiiragi. "Would you buy me for 30,000 yen?" Hiiragi's pleading eyes remind him of his pet cat that his stepfather had killed, and he takes him home. Meanwhile, Hiiragi is confused by Kei's kindness and feels an unfathomable fear of him, but he gradually opens up to him. ]
