Ura Reru Onna

Considered useless at her day job, the normally reserved office lady, Haruka, has a secret: she is moonlighting as a chatroom companion under the psuedonym, Syuri! She pulls in a nice side income from her otaku clients by exposing her breasts to them. But her fortunes reverse as retribution visits at the hands of her otaku chat clients for her misguided thinking. They bind her, fondle her mercilessly until she screams; confining her in her apartment, they come in her, humiliate her, film their exploits of her, and last, but not least, these tech-savy geeks broadcast their orgy train exploits across Japan. And upon reaching the limits of her sanity.. Haruka surprises even herself.
