Hatsukoi no Hito no, Mimoto Hikiuke Hito ni Narimashita.

A woman ends up taking care of her first love after she becomes his guarantor. As they live together, the feelings she had for him when they were students are rekindled, and she becomes capriciously restless in his presence. Then, as a sign of gratitude for all her trouble, he makes a proposal to her. An offering of.. sex!? The overall taste of the story is quite sweet. There is a TL and R18 version. **Official Translations:**.
