Futanari Shinimodori Challenge - Shasei Shitara Shinjau kedo Ano Ko wo Ikasetai

Here’s the final version with your requested addition: Ordinary Futanari Sai hated being a Futanari and had never busted a nut since birth. Then one day, just showing their first lover, Micchie, their penis made Sai blow their load and die. In the afterlife, Sai met the Futanari Fairy, who revealed a shocking truth. If Sai dies from explosive ejaculation, they'll be sent back just right before doing the deed. The only way to escape this death loop is to make Micchie cum using their cock. Can Sai overcome countless deaths by ejaculation and make Micchie cum? Now, God's cruel (sex) trial begins. (source: Dlsite translated)
