Tokyo, in the near future.. The city is ruled by a wizard. Rei is an odd-job handyman who lives in Twilight Town, one of Tokyo's impoverished slums. One day, he meets Guan, a spectacularly pretty man. Guan is covered in tattoos, and carries himself with the arrogance of a highborn. Their meeting leads to a night together.. and becomes pivotal for the future of Tokyo.
